Authorship management workshops for researchers 

Our team regularly conducts authorship management workshops for organizations and groups. Authorship workshops aim to empower participants with methods to rationally discuss and negotiate authorship concerns with research collaborators.

Workshops to learn how to avoid authorship pitfalls

Workshop participants learn about:

• authorship management, including how to determine authorship and author order on their publications,
• gaining awareness and confidence in their research contribution, and 
• strategies to deal with and avoid future authorship issues.

An introductory workshop typically builds on authorder^® as outlined in Beveridge and Morris 'Order of Merit' publication (Nature 2007). Depending on the level of discussion participants wish to engage in, workshops run up to 2 ½ hours. Workshops are tailored to the specific requirements of the participants including consideration for their institution/organization, whether they are academic/professional or student researchers, etc.

Workshop Cost

Workshops generally cost around A$1,500 for workshops up to 25 people. Additional expenses are charged at cost where travel is required.  Contact us to discuss your needs.
